Strong tea from Mozambique's northern highlands.
Very finely cut (CTC-processed), which gives a very deep and intense infusion.
Shiny red in the cup with a strong, spicy taste. This tea is suitable with milk, and is reminiscent of Kenya CTC, but has a more malty flavour.
Steeping time: 2-3 min. / water: 100oC
Steeping time: 3 min. / water: 100OC.
