Bi Lou Chun comes from Jiangsu Province in China and is considered by Chinese tea experts to be one of the finest green Chinese teas. The tea leaves are rolled into narrow spirals, and resemble conch shells. The tea bushes grow among flowering fruit trees, which are planted to protect the tea bushes from the strong sun. The tea is known for its delicate appearance, fruity taste, floral aromas, visible white fluff and early cultivation. The tea has a strong aroma and never becomes bitter.
